The opening day for our new Craobh Eo centre was a resounding success.
There was frantic activity in the preceding days by chapter members to have everything right for the day.
Liam O’Neill opened the centre and was the first to sign the visitors book. He recalled the origins of the I.W.G and said how honoured he was to be present at this new departure for the Guild.
He packed all of his 42 years woodturning experience into the day and along the way recalled so many experiences for us. He is a true master and we were privilaged to be able to share this time with him.
